My name is Denise Pickett, and I am a commissioned Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent in Bryant, Arkansas. I have been a signing agent for over 21 years and have completed more than 4,000 loan signings, building strong, long-term relationships with the companies I serve. I am certified and background screened through the NNA, and I have completed TRID, Notary Essentials, and Notary2Pro training.

I am experienced with refinance, HELOC, purchase, REO purchase, reverse mortgage, and seller/purchase transactions, as well as loan modifications, debt settlements, disclosure signings, and auto loans. I am also certified by my state for e-notarization and have hands-on experience with RON closings through Nexsys, plus training on Nexsys and Pavaso for electronic and hybrid closings.
