My name is Derrick Quartullo, owner of Sign Derrick Mobile Notary, serving clients in and around Scottsdale, AZ. I specialize in mortgage closings and have successfully completed over 8,000 signings, including Refi, Purchase, Sale, HELOC, VA, FHA, HUD, hybrid, IPEN, and e-sign transactions, as well as packages with trust documents and powers of attorney. I also handle apostilles, hospital and jail signings, and can act as a witness when needed (additional fee). As a National Notary Association Certified and Background Screened signing agent, I can receive e-docs, print, and complete same-day signings, supported by a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and full internet and email capabilities.
