I am a Texas commissioned notary based in Saginaw, TX, and have worked as a part-time to full-time Notary Signing Specialist and general notary since 2013. I have been a Mobile Certified and Background Screened Notary Signing Agent since 2006 and an NNA Notary Ambassador since 2015. I am also an NBB Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (2024). I host and present at notary events and conferences, staying current with best practices and Texas notary law.

I offer both in-home appointments (by appointment only) and mobile services within approximately 150–200 miles during daylight hours. My experience covers a wide range of real estate and financial signings, including loan applications, HELOC/TX A-6 cash outs, refinances, buyer/seller and new home transactions, reverse mortgages, REO, second liens, tax lien and debt resolution documents, and structured settlement paperwork. I also handle medical records and deposition subpoenas, hospital and jail signings, and other general Texas notary duties, always serving as an impartial witness and following all legal requirements.
