Efren Pena is a commissioned Texas notary based in Houston. I served as a Notary Public in the State of Texas from 2000 to 2008, handling general notary work, and was recommissioned in 2021. In March 2021, I completed the National Notary Association Notary Signing Agent training, adding focused preparation for signing-related assignments.
