Elaine Thobe

Hello, I’m Elaine Thobe, founder and managing member of The Thobe Group, a Southern California boutique firm based in Tustin, CA. I provide professional mobile notary, notarial, and signing services with a friendly, detail-focused approach.

My work supports clients with important personal, legal, medical, and real estate documents, including affidavits, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives, and loan signing services. I understand that these appointments often involve time-sensitive or meaningful decisions, so I aim to make the process clear, organized, and convenient.

Whether you need mobile service at a location that works for you or assistance in a retail setting, I bring professionalism and care to each signing. My goal is to provide a smooth notary experience while helping clients move forward with confidence.
