Elena Heller

Hello, I’m Elena Heller, the notary behind Elena Signs PDX in Portland, OR. I provide mobile notary and signing agent services throughout the greater Portland metro area, including Clackamas County communities. My goal is to make notarization convenient, professional, and straightforward, whether you need help at a home, office, or other agreed-upon location.

I regularly assist with loan signing appointments, estate documents, powers of attorney, certified copies, and general mobile notary needs. I understand that many documents are time-sensitive and personal, so I approach each appointment with care, clear communication, and attention to detail.

If you are in Portland or the surrounding metro area and need a dependable mobile Oregon notary, I’m available to help make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
