Elissa Baldwin

Hi, I’m Elissa Baldwin, a commissioned Oregon notary public based in Beaverton, OR. Through Meadowlark Notary Services LLC, I provide professional notary support throughout the Portland metro area, with a focus on making the signing process clear, courteous, and efficient.

I assist with a range of common notarial needs, including acknowledgments, oaths or affirmations, witnessing signatures, and other notarial acts. I am also available for remote online signings, helping clients complete eligible notarizations with added flexibility when an in-person appointment is not the best fit.

Whether you need help with a single signature or a more detailed signing session, I approach each appointment with attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for the importance of your documents.
