My name is Elizabeth Borrego, and I am a bilingual Spanish/English Texas Notary Public and NNA-certified Notary Signing Agent based in McAllen, TX. I have proudly served Hidalgo, Cameron, and Starr counties for over 25 years as a commissioned notary (TX commission #12421900-5, exp. 05/22/2029).
