Elizabeth Mitchell

My name is Elizabeth Mitchell, and I am a Texas commissioned Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent based in Houston, TX. Through The Notary Bar Htx, I focus on delivering accurate, timely, and convenient notary services tailored to each client’s needs.

I bring one year of loan signing and general notary experience, backed by eleven years as a property manager for Tax Credit properties. That background has trained me to work with time-sensitive, compliance-driven documents, maintain orderly files, and ensure signatures and dates are correct throughout complex paperwork. I apply that same level of precision and professionalism to every notarization.

I offer flexible scheduling, including 24-hour service when needed, and I am equipped for mobile assignments with a laser printer, email, internet, and mobile hotspot. I handle a wide range of services, including loan signings, weddings, hospital signings, and jail signings, always aiming to keep the process smooth and stress-free.
