Over the course of my career, I have successfully closed more than 5,000 loans, including hybrids, purchases, seller packages, refinances, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, and FHA loans. I carry $125,000 in Signing Agent E&O coverage through Western Surety and $25,000 in Notary E&O coverage through Merchants Bonding Company. Our notary signing agency proudly serves Central Pennsylvania and the surrounding 19 counties, and we are open to supporting clients in any other Pennsylvania county as needed.
