Hi, I’m Elsie Parker, a California Notary Signing Agent based in Los Angeles, CA. I am NNA-trained and certified, and I provide professional notary and loan signing support through Designer Notary / Chucks & Heels LLC.

I assist clients with a range of real estate and document services, including HELOC signings, refinances, reverse mortgages, purchase signings, and seller signings. I also offer apostille and courier services when additional document handling is needed.

As a mobile notary, I travel to convenient locations throughout the Los Angeles area, including homes, jobs, offices, courthouses, airports, and hospitals. My goal is to make each appointment organized, clear, and efficient while helping clients complete important paperwork with confidence.
