Eric Powell

My name is Eric Powell, owner of Mobile Notary Solutions LLC, and a commissioned California Notary Public (CA #2491388, exp. 05/27/2028) based in Hemet, CA. I proudly serve clients throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, providing professional, reliable, and detail-focused notary and loan signing services.

I am an NNA-certified and Fidelity-approved signing agent, committed to the “3 C’s”: communication, coordination, and cooperation. I keep all parties informed at every step and never hesitate to clarify instructions so documents are completed correctly the first time. With dual-tray laser printing, mobile scanning, and a secure mobile hotspot, I can provide scan-backs directly from the closing table so title companies can review documents while I am still on site.

I offer flexible, 24-hour mobile service, including hospital and jail signings, and I also provide fingerprinting and e-sign support. I take my business seriously and strive to deliver a smooth, efficient, and truly exceptional signing experience.
