Esther Aar

My name is Esther Aar, and I am a National Notary Signing Agent and Fidelity National Title TRID–certified notary serving Eloy, Arizona and the surrounding areas. I am commissioned in Arizona (Notary #540814) and bring more than 35 years of real estate experience to every signing.

Before becoming a mobile notary and signing agent, I managed a 50+ agent real estate office for over three decades and co-owned a construction and development company with my husband. During that time, I regularly reviewed and signed closing documents as a principal, giving me a deep, practical understanding of real estate and loan packages. Since relocating to Arizona four years ago, I have completed over 2,000 closings and built strong, long-term relationships with many repeat clients.

Capabilities include:

• Certified Signing Agent (CSA) with experience in complex real estate closings
• Fully equipped mobile office with laser printer, email, internet, and mobile hotspot
• Available for hospital and jail signings as needed
