I’m Alex Ledesma with PacDocSign (Pacific Document Signing, Inc.) in Los Angeles, CA. I provide professional notary and document signing support with a focus on loan and mortgage transactions. My work is centered on helping clients, lenders, escrow teams, and signing parties complete important documents with care, accuracy, and a smooth signing experience.

Through PacDocSign, I support a nationwide loan document signing service using trained notaries and attorneys where appropriate. Services include:

• Notary signing services
• E-notary services
• Mortgage document signing
• Attorney witness-only loan document signings

I aim to be reliable, professional, and easy to work with, whether the signing involves standard notary needs or specialized loan document coordination.
