Gary Weiner

My name is Gary Weiner, and I am a Fidelity-approved Notary Signing Agent and owner of Prompt Mobile Notary, proudly serving clients throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties from Boca Raton, Florida. I am a Florida commissioned notary (License HH 416293, exp. 07/23/2027), NNA & LSS Certified, NNA background screened, bonded, and carry $1 million in E&O insurance.

With over eight years of experience as a mortgage loan officer, I bring a strong understanding of loan documents and closing requirements. I ensure the Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all key documents are completed accurately, signed, and dated properly, and I prioritize meeting deadlines and drop-off times for prompt document return.

I specialize in short-notice, odd-hours, and emergency signings and offer flexible mobile service to the location of your client’s choice, including hospitals and jails. I also provide 24-hour service, remote online notarization (RON), and support for weddings and fingerprinting.
