Gilbert Cepero

My name is Gilbert Cepero, and I am a Florida-commissioned Notary Public and NNA-certified Notary Signing Agent based in Key Largo, Florida. Through my company, iNotary USA, I provide accurate, professional, and confidential loan-signing and general notary services with a strong focus on compliance, punctuality, and attention to detail.

I work efficiently with borrowers, lenders, and title companies to help ensure smooth, error-free, and timely signings. As a mobile notary, I travel to clients at the time and place that works best for them, and I am available 24/7 to accommodate urgent or after-hours requests. I also offer services in Spanish.

Common documents I handle include:

• Powers of Attorney, living trusts, and legal or financial affidavits
• Business forms or contracts, bills of sale, and car titles
• Parental consent for travel and various retail-related notarizations
