Gloria Soria

My name is Gloria Soria, and I am a New York Notary Public and National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent based in Elmhurst, NY (Commission #01SO6301262, exp. 04/14/2026). I bring over 17 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, along with a strong background in the financial sector, which helps me deliver accurate, professional, and timely notarial services throughout the NYC area and Nassau County, Long Island.

Since becoming a notary in 2014, I have completed a wide range of signings, including HELOCs, first and second mortgages, refinances, reverse mortgages, loan applications, new purchases, and structured settlements. I am background checked through the NNA and AAN and have advanced training from the American Association of Notaries, Notary2Pro (Certified E-Signing Agent), and the National Notary Association. I am fluent in Spanish and also provide immigration provider services.

In addition to mobile and general notary work, I offer professional tax preparation for individuals, small businesses, and corporations (NY State and IRS), bookkeeping, business formation, and Spanish–English translations. I also provide fast New York apostille and document authentication services for birth, marriage, death, and corporate records, with rush options available.
