Hashim Shaghasi

I’m Hashim Shaghasi, based in Fairfield, CA, and I serve clients through Homes By Hashim / Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty. My background brings together notary support and real estate services for clients across Northern California, including the Dixon service area.

As a Notary Realtor and California real estate professional associated with DRE #01490111, I understand how important accuracy, timing, and clear communication are when documents and property transactions are involved. I work with buyers and sellers, helping clients navigate real estate listing and purchase needs while also offering notary-related assistance when appropriate.

• Notary support
• Realtor services
• Real estate buyer and listing services

My goal is to provide professional, friendly service with careful attention to detail.
