Ijang Ndika

My name is Ijang Ndika, and I am a commissioned Maryland notary public based in Gwynn Oak, MD. I have been a notary for over four years and own Ndika Notary Signing Services, LLC. I am licensed, certified, insured, and background screened, and I use both a dual-tray laser printer and a mobile printer/scanner to ensure accurate, timely document handling for every appointment.

I provide both in-office and mobile notary services throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County, with availability Sunday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. My experience includes loan signings, apostilles, standby for asbestos proceedings or foreclosures, I-9 verifications, field inspections, wills and trusts, and power of attorney documents. I also offer hospital and jail signings when needed.

If you are seeking a personable, reliable, and efficient signing agent, I would be glad to support your current and future notarial needs.
