India Scruggs

I’m India Scruggs, owner of India’s Inking Service, a Tennessee-appointed Notary Public since 2016 and NNA Certified Signing Agent, proudly serving Nashville and the Middle TN area. I’m NNA trained, certified, and background screened, with additional certifications from Notary2Pro, Pavaso, Loan Signing Systems (LSS), and Notary Coach.

I bring 20+ years of experience in customer satisfaction, program planning, and management, and I’m known for being professional, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. I handle all types of loan closings, including commercial transactions, as well as a wide range of general notarial work, from apostilles and authentications to hospital, care facility, and wedding signings. I also provide fingerprinting and I-9 employee verification services.

I offer mobile, 24-hour service across Middle Tennessee, including Davidson, Cheatham, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson counties, with additional travel available upon request. My goal is to deliver accurate, confidential, and efficient service—every time.
