Jacob Ashwander

I’m Jacob Ashwander with Ironhorse Notary Service, based in Plano, TX. I provide professional notary and closing support with a focus on real estate transactions and estate planning document execution. My work is centered on helping signers complete important documents with care, accuracy, and a calm, organized process.

I offer flexible options for clients who need convenient notarization or closing support, including mobile closings, in-office closings, remote service options, and retail availability. I’m especially familiar with real estate closings and estate planning documents, where attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Whether I’m assisting with a property transaction or supporting the execution of estate planning paperwork, I aim to make each appointment professional, efficient, and straightforward from start to finish.
