Remote Notary is a Vero Beach, Florida notary platform offering general notarization, remote online notarization, apostille services, and support for wills and trusts. It serves individuals, businesses, and legal professionals who need to complete document notarization through an in-person appointment or a remote online session.

Its online process connects clients with notaries by secure video call for identity verification and signature witnessing. The site identifies services for real estate documents, loan documents, estate-planning materials, and e-signing needs. After a remote notarization, documents are described as available for download with a digital audit trail. Remote access is presented as an option for clients working from home or office.
