Jean Canada

I’m Jean Canada with the Village of Oneida Castle Clerk in Oneida, NY. I provide notary-related public services by appointment for community members in and around the Canastota area. My work is centered on helping visitors complete routine clerk and notary needs in a professional, organized, and courteous setting.

Services available through the clerk’s office include:

• Notary public services
• Notary signature registration
• Clerk services
• Retail-related public service support

I aim to make each appointment straightforward and respectful, whether you need assistance with a notarial request, signature registration, or another clerk office service. If you are planning to visit, please arrange an appointment so the office can be prepared to assist you efficiently.
