My name is Jeanna Dewey, and I am a full-time Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent based in Sturgis, South Dakota, proudly serving the Black Hills area. I have over 25 years of notary experience and more than 15 years in lending and loan servicing, with 400+ signings successfully completed. I am NNA certified, detail-oriented, and known for my outgoing, client-focused approach.

I offer same-day availability whenever possible and generally work within a 50-mile radius of the Black Hills, with additional travel available for mileage. I am experienced with home equity lines of credit, purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages, seller packages, split and hybrid signings, loan modifications, and new vehicle signings, as well as hospital and jail signings and fingerprinting.

Born and raised in Deadwood, I know the area well. Outside of work, I enjoy geocaching with my husband, traveling, and staying active in my church and community.
