Jeannie Warfel

My name is Jeannie Lynn Warfel Realtor®, Notary Public, and Loan Signing Agent. My experience as a Realtor® here in the North DFW Metroplex has exposed me to the Loan Signing and Closing world working with the my buyers and sellers. It was natural for me to add becoming a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent to my credentials. Working with other notaries with my clients, I knew I would be able to give a five star experience in a loan signing or closing. Why hire me for your notarization? *I will triple check all documents for signatures, initials, dates, and forms are complete and filled out completely.: for example the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 . * If an error were to occur (I will do my best that will not happen!) I will stop what I am doing and correct it immediately! *I scan back and Fed Ex you signings back to you right after each signing to get them to you as soon as possible. *I am on time and make sure your client is experience is a good one. *My communication between all parties involved is excellent.
