Jeffrey McCoy

My name is Jeffrey McCoy, and I am the owner of JSM Notary Services LLC, proudly serving Upper Marlboro, Maryland and the surrounding areas. After a 36-year career in the telecommunications industry, retiring as a Senior Engineer in 2022, I chose to continue serving my community by becoming a commissioned Maryland Notary Public and Signing Agent.

I bring the same professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability from my engineering background to every notarization. I am a mobile notary, offering flexible scheduling and travel to meet clients where it’s most convenient for them.

Services I provide include:

• Powers of Attorney, living trusts, and legal or financial affidavits
• Business forms, contracts, and bill of sale or car title documents
• Parental consent for travel and other personal documents

I look forward to providing you with courteous, accurate, and efficient notary services throughout Maryland.
