I am Jerusha Day, a California notary public and certified signing agent based in Long Beach, CA. Through Coldwell Banker Envision, I bring a professional, detail-focused approach to notary and loan signing appointments, with experience supporting a wide range of real estate and lending documents.

My signing experience includes refinance packages, loan modifications, HELOCs, VA loans, purchase and seller packages, commercial signings, reverse mortgage documents, and debt settlement signings. I also have experience with applications, employee verification, private wealth or white glove appointments, hybrid closings, and Pavaso-certified work.
