I’m Joan Walker, a New York licensed notary based in Chenango Forks, serving clients throughout parts of Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Tompkins, Delaware, Otsego, Madison, and Onondaga Counties. I have been handling signings on and off for about 14 years, with about 17 years of experience in the real estate field, including title work and notary work.

I provide professional, friendly notary support and enjoy making each signing experience pleasant and comfortable. My services include general notarization, mobile notary appointments, hospital signings, fingerprinting, abstractor-related work, and CSA support. I am equipped with email, internet access, and a laser printer, and I provide services in English.

Outside of notary work, I enjoy music, theatre, time with friends and family, and caring for my horses, cats, and dog.
