Hello, I’m Jody Bode, owner of Bode the Notary, a Fidelity-approved Notary Signing Agent based in Oceanside, CA. I am a commissioned California Notary Public (Commission #2336744, exp. 11/29/2024) with over 4,500 successful signings completed. I offer flexible scheduling for morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, holiday, and last-minute appointments.

I am a member of the NNA, NotaryCafe, NotaryRotary, and MSPA, and I’m approved with major lenders and title companies including Fidelity (FNF), Amrock, Chase, Quicken, Bancserv, Vantage Point Title, Stewart Title, Bank of America, and Winnpointe Corporation. I carry $100,000 E&O coverage and maintain a current background check (as of November 2020). I’m also approved for Pavaso and ClearSign hybrid eClosings and use a 12.9" iPad Pro, high-speed dual-tray laser printer/scanner, fax, and mobile internet to keep every signing on track.
