My name is Jonathan Rexford, and I am a mobile Notary Signing Agent based in Vero Beach, Florida. I am commissioned in the State of Florida through 2028 and focus on providing reliable, efficient service across a wide range of real estate and loan transactions.

With nearly 4,000 loan signings completed, I have extensive experience with refinances, purchases, reverse mortgages, and many other notary signing needs. I operate within a 100-mile radius of Indian River County and am willing to travel beyond that area for special circumstances.

My vehicle is fully equipped as a mobile office, including dual-tray laser printers and an Epson high-speed scanner, allowing me to download, print, and scan documents on the go. This setup helps ensure accurate, timely signings for clients, lenders, and title companies wherever they need me.
