My name is Julie Mardis, and I am a dual-commissioned Notary Public and experienced real estate closer based in Cincinnati, Ohio, serving multiple counties in both Ohio and Kentucky. I have completed more than 12,500 real estate closings, including purchases, sales, refinances, commercial loans, and reverse mortgages. I was first commissioned in California in 2004 and have been commissioned in Ohio and Kentucky since 2009.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and bring over 21 years of experience as a real estate closer and signing agent contractor. My background as an Escrow Officer includes preparing settlement statements and disbursements, handling title searches, and ordering payoffs. I conduct real estate closings daily on behalf of title companies and am confident answering borrower questions while remaining within notarial guidelines.

I maintain annual background screening through the National Notary Association, along with a $100,000 E&O policy and bond. I truly care about doing a thorough job, providing a courteous, professional signing experience, and promptly updating you with status after each closing.
