Kandee L. Mulkey

My name is Kandee L. Mulkey, and I am a Florida Notary and Certified Signing Agent based in Crystal River, FL. I bring over two decades of experience working in Miami with a real estate attorney and in-house title company, supporting all types of residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract preparation through post-closing procedures. I now proudly serve Citrus County and five surrounding counties as a mobile notary and signing agent.

Since 2000, I have specialized in loan signings and real estate documents, as well as probate-related notarizations, including Last Wills & Testaments and estate administration paperwork. I am also available to travel to assisted-living facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals to notarize Powers of Attorney, Wills, and other essential documents, providing professional, patient, and reliable service to clients and their families.
