Karen Nagel

I’m Karen Nagel, a notary and loan signing agent serving clients from the greater St. Louis, Missouri area through The Notary Promise, LLC. I provide professional, friendly support for individuals and businesses who need reliable notarization services, including convenient remote online notarization when an online option is the right fit.

My work includes loan signing appointments, real estate packages, powers of attorney, jurats, and acknowledgments. I understand that notary appointments often involve important documents and tight timelines, so I focus on being prepared, clear, and attentive throughout the process.

Whether you need help with a real estate transaction, a power of attorney, or a standard notarization, I’m committed to providing a smooth and respectful experience from start to finish.
