Hello, I’m Karen Stanley, a Kentucky-licensed notary based in Portsmouth, KY. I have worked as a Signing Agent since July 2001 and became a Certified Signing Specialist in 2005 after completing additional training and gaining hands-on closing experience.

I enjoy helping clients complete important documents with care, patience, and professionalism. My experience includes refinance closings, HELOC signings, debt settlement signings, deed signings, reverse mortgage documents, business forms, and contracts. I also offer mobile notary service, electronic notarization, scanbacks, and English-language appointments.
