Kathleen Adams

I’m Kathleen Adams, a Canadian Lakes, Michigan real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Lakes Realty, serving clients in the Stanwood and Big Rapids area. My background in real estate allows me to support clients who need careful, professional assistance with documents that are often time-sensitive and detail-oriented.

I am publicly listed with notary as a specialty and can assist with notary needs related to real estate documents and retail-facing client service. I focus on providing a friendly, reliable experience and clear attention to each signing, helping clients feel prepared and supported throughout the process.
