Kathleen VanSant

I’m Kathleen VanSant with the Town of Macomb Town Clerk/Tax Collector office, serving Hammond, NY and the surrounding community. My office provides friendly, reliable notary services in a professional municipal setting, along with town clerk services and tax collection support.

I understand that notarizations often come with important deadlines and personal paperwork, so I aim to make each visit straightforward, respectful, and efficient. Whether you need notary assistance as part of a town office transaction or a separate document-related need, I’m here to help guide the process within the services available through our office.

In addition to notary services, our office supports local residents with public-facing town clerk and tax collection responsibilities. I take pride in offering practical, courteous service to the Macomb and Hammond, NY area.
