Kathy Lafond

I’m Kathy Lafond, a South Kingstown, Rhode Island real estate professional with Lawrence C. LeBlanc Realtors / South Shore Village, where notary service is one of my listed specialties.

I bring a practical, client-focused approach to notary work, especially for people handling real estate documents and related paperwork. My background in real estate helps me understand the importance of accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication when documents need to be signed and notarized.

I’m also comfortable assisting in retail-oriented settings, making the process straightforward and approachable for clients who need dependable notary support in the South Kingstown area.
