Katie Music

I am Katie Music with the City of Burlington City Clerk in Burlington, IA. As a City Clerk office contact, I help connect the public with notary services offered through the office and support common civic service needs in a professional, friendly setting.

My work includes assisting with notary services and oaths of office, with attention to clear communication and proper public service procedures. The office provides a public-facing, retail-style service environment for residents and visitors who need help completing eligible notarial or clerk-related matters.

I aim to make each interaction straightforward, respectful, and organized so individuals can understand the available services and next steps through the City Clerk office.
