My name is Kelly Metcalf, and I am a certified signing agent and commissioned California Notary Public based in Folsom, CA (Commission #2392576, exp. 02/18/2026). I have worked in the mortgage industry since 1997 and discovered that loan signings are truly my professional calling.

My extensive mortgage background includes roles as a funding supervisor, FHA and VA insurer, secondary market shipping specialist, and reverse mortgage processor. I have completed over 200 reverse mortgage signings and thousands of FHA, VA, and conventional loan signings, bringing both efficiency and accuracy to every appointment.
