Kelly Moore

I’m Kelly Moore, a real estate professional with Carolina Dunes Real Estate based in Manteo, NC, serving clients throughout Dare County and Kill Devil Hills. My work brings together local market knowledge, client-focused guidance, and notary services as part of a practical, professional approach to real estate needs.

I assist with real estate buyer representation, real estate listing representation, rentals, retail-related needs, and notary support. Whether I’m helping a buyer move forward with confidence, supporting a property owner preparing to list, or assisting with rental or retail matters, I aim to make each step clear, organized, and approachable.

I’m proud to serve the coastal communities of North Carolina with friendly, dependable service and attention to detail. My goal is to be a helpful resource for clients who value professionalism, local experience, and responsive support.
