Kevin Acosta

I’m Kevin Acosta, owner of Acosta Family Notary and Signing Services, a family-owned, bilingual (English–Spanish) notary firm based in Elkridge, Maryland and serving clients throughout the state. I provide mobile and remote online notarizations, loan signings, apostille services, and general notarial work for individuals, families, and businesses.

I am an MD Notary Public and hold a Maryland Title Insurance license, both active through 2028–2029. I’m also NNA Certified, background-screened, bonded, and insured, with experience handling real estate closings, powers of attorney, wills and estate documents, apostilles and international documents, business and government forms, and a wide range of affidavits and certifications.

With professional backgrounds in federal government, military service, and legal resource management, I bring integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail to every signing.
