Kia Thomas Lancaster

I am Kia Thomas Lancaster, a notary public and notary signing agent based in Orlando, Florida. Through Legal Doc's & Xtra's, INC, I provide professional notary services with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and a friendly signing experience.

I have stated experience with loan closings and am available to assist with a range of real estate and financial document signings, including purchase, refinance, commercial, residential, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and 1031 exchange signings. I also offer mobile notary services and am willing to travel throughout Central Florida for clients who need convenient, on-location support.

In addition to in-person notarizations, I can assist with remote online notarization when appropriate. My goal is to help each appointment move smoothly, with careful attention to documents, signer identification, and the needs of all parties involved.
