I am Kimberly Guinn, owner of Katy Notary, Inc. and a full-time NNA Certified Signing Agent based in Katy, Texas. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Marketing and Finance, I am thorough, detail oriented, and committed to a smooth signing experience. I provide mobile loan signings at homes and offices and have access to law offices and title companies for TX A-6 (cash-out) closings. My experience includes HELOCs, FHA, VA, refinances, purchases, sellers, and POA signings.
