Hello, I’m Kimberly Rich, a Maryland commissioned notary, NNA certified signing agent, and licensed TIPIC based in Fort Washington, MD. Through Kimberly Rich Management, I serve clients in Fort Washington, Clinton, Upper Marlboro, Accokeek, and nearby areas with professional, friendly notarial support.

I assist with a range of important documents and signing needs, including acknowledgments, affidavits, powers of attorney, estate documents, real estate closings, TIPIC services, and remote services when appropriate. My goal is to make each appointment clear, organized, and handled with care, whether you need support for personal paperwork, estate-related documents, or a real estate transaction.

I value accuracy, professionalism, and a smooth signing experience, and I work to help clients feel prepared and confident throughout the process.
