Kristina Rene Tjernlund

I am Kristina Rene Tjernlund, an associate broker and public notary providing professional notarial services through Swan Realty in Red River, NM. I offer friendly, detail-oriented support for individuals, businesses, and real estate clients who need important documents handled with care.

My notary services include document notarization, affidavits, powers of attorney, loan documents, contracts, and retail-related paperwork. I understand that many notarizations are time-sensitive or connected to significant personal, business, or property matters, so I focus on being organized, attentive, and clear throughout the process.

Whether you are completing real estate-related documents, preparing an affidavit, signing a power of attorney, or finalizing contracts, I aim to provide a professional experience that is straightforward and respectful. I am proud to serve the Red River community through Swan Realty.
