I’m LaFrance Boyd, Clay County Chancery Clerk in West Point, Mississippi. My office duties include serving as a county-wide notary, helping residents, businesses, and visitors with professional notarial services through the Clay County Chancery Clerk’s office.

In addition to notary work, my office supports important public records and document services, including land records and passport agent assistance. I understand that many documents are time-sensitive and important, so I aim to provide a helpful, organized, and respectful experience for each person I serve.

I also assist with notary needs connected to retail and other public-facing matters, using the responsibilities of the Chancery Clerk’s office to support the community across Clay County.
