I am an accomplished Florida Notary and certified signing agent based in Niceville, FL, with over 12 years of experience and more than 10,000 completed closings. I primarily serve the Northwest Florida Panhandle, working with notary listing services, title companies, and consumer and mortgage lenders on a wide range of transactions, including Conventional, FHA, VA mortgages, and loan modifications. I hold an active Florida notary commission (ID: GG966856) and maintain a current NNA background check.

My specialty is providing "At Home" courtesy closings, with a particular focus on FHA Reverse Mortgages. These transactions demand patience, a clear understanding of extensive government disclosures, and a calm, non-intimidating closing environment—all of which I am proud to offer my clients.
