Lee Fields

I’m Lee Fields of Middlesex Mobile Notary, based in Waltham, MA. I provide professional mobile notary services throughout Middlesex County and Greater Boston, including Concord, with a focus on making the notarization process clear, convenient, and respectful.

My experience includes hospital and senior living appointments, estate planning documents, real estate paperwork, apostille requests, and general notarial work. I regularly assist with power of attorney documents, health care directives, wills and trusts, I-9 forms, and other important records that require careful attention.

I understand that many notarizations happen during meaningful or time-sensitive moments, so I bring a calm, friendly, and organized approach to every appointment. Whether you need mobile notarization at a residence, care setting, office, or other agreed location, I aim to provide dependable service with professionalism and care.
