Leonna Sylvester

I am Leonna Sylvester, a Roselle, NJ-based notary public and loan signing agent with NJNSA / INNOGENIUS LLC. I serve clients throughout Union County with professional, friendly mobile notary services designed to make important document signings more convenient.

My work includes loan signing appointments, I-9 verification, hospital notary visits, automotive notary needs, and general mobile notary support. I understand that many signings are time-sensitive or require flexibility, so I focus on being prepared, attentive, and respectful of each client’s setting, whether the appointment is at a home, office, hospital, retail location, or another agreed meeting place.

I aim to provide a smooth signing experience by reviewing the notarial process carefully, confirming identity requirements, and helping documents move forward with professionalism and care.
