My name is Leslie Hook, and I am a Florida commissioned Notary Public (commission HH589284, exp. 09/03/2028) and Notary Signing Agent based in The Villages, FL. Since 2020, I have completed more than 1,000 loan signings, bringing a steady, detail-focused approach to every closing.

I am an NNA Certified Signing Agent, Fidelity approved, and NNA background screened. I’m experienced with refinance, seller and purchase packages, VA loans, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages, and I maintain a solid working knowledge of conventional mortgage and closing documents. I carefully review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness to help ensure smooth, error-free signings.
